Requirements
- Caring, dependable individuals who enjoy working with young children
- No experience required—just enthusiasm, patience, and a willingness to learn
- Team players who can support various age groups as needed
- Caregiver Qualified Applicants must meet PATCH certification requirements including a CDA or Bachelors in ECE plus 1+ years in a licensed preschool
Responsibilities
- Lead daily routines, learning activities, and care.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Support smooth classroom operations each day.
