About The Position
At Primrose, we are dedicated to nurturing and developing young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Infant Assistant Teacher(s) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our lead teachers and ensuring a safe, loving, and stimulating atmosphere for our infants.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience working with infants or in a childcare setting.
- Ability to provide a stable and nurturing environment for children.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the classroom and individual children.
Nice To Haves
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Additional training in child development or early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for infants.
- Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.
- Engage with infants through play, communication, and educational activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom.
- Observe and document infant development and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
