An exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Infant Assistant Teacher at Binghamton JCC! The Infant Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day care and development of our youngest learners. We are seeking a nurturing, patient, and compassionate individual who is dedicated to fostering a warm and safe learning environment for infants. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of our care and educational program that reflects the goals and values of the school. The assistant teacher will contribute ideas, creativity, and a passion for early childhood development as a key member of the teaching team. Additionally, the assistant teacher should have a strong understanding of infant development and a love for working with young children in a supportive, Jewish environment. Under the guidance of the Early Childhood Education Director and Lead Teacher, the Infant Assistant Teacher will assist in carrying out all aspects of the infant care program. This includes supporting activities that foster infants' social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development, following the developmental philosophy of the Early Childhood Education Program and the mission of the Jewish Community Center.
