About The Position
Tiny Hearts Academy is a family-owned and operated Early Learning Center dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education for children aged 12 weeks to 6 years in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood. We are currently seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher who possesses a genuine love for children and a commitment to fostering their development. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and experienced in early childhood education, capable of planning and implementing a comprehensive program of activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of each child. As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children. You will assist in supervising a group of children, observing all relevant health and safety regulations, and maintaining a well-kept classroom that encourages exploration and creativity. Your responsibilities will also include assessing each child's developmental needs, implementing lesson plans, and providing consistent behavioral expectations. Additionally, you will be expected to attend staff meetings and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with our guidelines.
