About The Position

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join the Milford Regional Physician Group at the Bellingham practice. This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities, with full-time physicians expected to have 32 patient care hours per week and an additional 8 hours for administrative tasks. The practice is supported by an EMR system (Epic) and aims to allow physicians to spend the majority of their workday with patients, aided by resources such as scribes, dedicated office staff, and case managers. The practice emphasizes a team-based approach to managing high-risk patients.

Requirements

• Must hold a MD or DO degree.
• Must qualify for a Massachusetts medical license.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in internal medicine.
• Manage patient care with the support of a team including nurses, social workers, and behavioral health specialists.
• Complete administrative tasks within the designated time.
• Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents.
