Full-time • Entry Level

Accredited Labs is rapidly emerging as the leading national provider of calibration services in the U.S., specializing in test and measurement equipment across industries such as aerospace, automotive, agriculture, food and beverage, life sciences, manufacturing, and packaging. Having completed over 20 tuck-in acquisitions in the past year—and with many more planned over the next 1–3 years—Accredited Labs is in a period of rapid expansion. Our mission is to build a cohesive national calibration network that leads the industry not only in size, but in technology, integration, and operational excellence. A key enabler of this mission is Indysoft, our enterprise calibration management system that powers day-to-day operations across branches. As we integrate newly acquired companies into our platform, Indysoft serves as the backbone of our scheduling, workflow, equipment, and quality management processes. The system’s ongoing enhancement and optimization are critical to ensuring a seamless, unified operation across our growing national network. Role Summary The Indysoft Analyst is a hands-on system expert responsible for maintaining, configuring, and improving Accredited Labs’ calibration management platform. This role ensures that Indysoft operates smoothly across all branches and supports the day-to-day needs of administrators, technicians, and quality teams. The analyst will implement new workflows that improve how administrators manage equipment and customer data, how technicians perform calibrations, and how the quality team oversees QC processes. They will ensure system functionality aligns with operational requirements while maintaining data accuracy and standardization across locations. This role also supports data integrations within the broader technology ecosystem, helping connect Indysoft to reporting, financial, and customer systems. As Accredited Labs continues to acquire and integrate new businesses, the Indysoft Analyst will play a central role in onboarding new branches, supporting users, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations across the national network.
