As we continue to grow our Services organization, we are adding an additional Industry Solutions Consultant (Systems Specialist) to our North America team, reporting to our Senior Consulting Unit Manager (Implementation Services). This is a consultative, customer-facing role ideal for someone who excels at understanding business processes, defining intelligent software solutions, and guiding customers through successful implementations. This position is also a strong fit for candidates who aspire to continue developing their architecture and design skills. While this is not a Solution Architect role, we are ideally seeking someone who brings a mature consultative foundation and is motivated by a future growth path into Solution Architecture. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their unique operational needs and translate them into well-defined M-Files solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and productivity. The work blends problem-solving, business process design, customer enablement, and technical understanding, without requiring deep coding experience. Strong comfort with Salesforce and business system integration is highly valued. Experience working with customers in manufacturing or professional services is a plus, as these industries are strategic growth areas for our team.
