About The Position

We are seeking a Utilities industry expert with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle SCM sales, presales, and/or delivery experience. The role involves bridging business leadership, solution architecture, and technology innovation to create transformative solutions across industries. The candidate will build and maintain a network and up-to-date specific industry and product knowledge, playing a leadership role as an Industry solution architect for the aligned industry. They will develop innovation strategies and solutions for the industry and micro industry, contribute to industry strategy and goals, and be accountable for meeting these goals and objectives. The candidate should be recognized as an industry leader and will direct the development of industry enablement to future industry education within the organization, as well as educate team members on industry solutions and direction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for NAAC’s Industry initiatives across Commercial and Regulated markets.
  • Assist in driving positive performance within NAAC’s Industry team across revenue, bookings, profitability, and utilization.
  • Manage and grow revenue stream through sales, sell-through delivery opportunities, and coordinating pursuit teams of subject matter experts.
  • Educate NAAC teams on industry solutions and terminology.
  • Uncover opportunities to extend/expand Oracle’s footprint in the account through project delivery responsibilities.
  • Lead internal practice development initiatives to improve business operations.
  • Collaborate with the consulting sales team to design innovative solutions with significant industry-wide impact.
  • Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex client needs.
  • Participate in weekly reviews for key industry areas such as financials, sales pipeline, project health, project resourcing requirements, and consultant performance.
  • Manage accounts for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and reference generation.
  • Influence client executive management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services.
  • Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet client objectives and resolve industry-specific needs.
  • Deliver exceptional industry-specific services utilizing Oracle’s Customer Success standards.
  • Support the sales and delivery of multiple profitable projects across the NAAC SaaS Cloud portfolio.
  • Ensure a partner-friendly working environment with open communication and strong conflict resolution.
  • Assist with the development of NAAC Industry services standards, methodology, processes, and tools.
  • Standardize Industry Architect delivery and engagement processes.
  • Provide industry-specific oversight for key projects utilizing Oracle’s standards.
  • Research and provide industry support in identifying potential industry solution offerings.
  • Work with the NAAC team to create timelines, estimated efforts, resources needed, and build business cases for new offerings.
  • Manage a team to design, build, and test new approved solutions.
  • Drive the transition of project-built industry-specific solutions to offerings.
  • Assist in building marketing materials and driving marketing for industry solutions.
  • Work with Industry Leads and Client Partners to sell at key accounts.
  • Participate in and lead business development efforts tied to growing Oracle NAAC.
  • Identify, develop, and close deals on new accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of Oracle Collaboration Services Marketing assets.
  • Assist in developing strong partnerships with Oracle Sales, Oracle Partner Channels, and other Oracle teams.
  • Identify and drive industry-specific solutions based on project-built assets.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and vision for NAAC’s Industry Architect Services.
  • Display leadership and support across NAAC corporate efforts.
  • Continue personal growth and training, staying current on Oracle Cloud functionality.
