Requirements

  • Expertise in strategic problem solving and understanding business challenges from the customer's perspective.
  • Deep understanding of the Insurance industry and related industries.
  • Experience in Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Learning, Strategy, Digital Experience Platforms, or Adobe.
  • Effective executive communication skills to articulate solution vision.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities for relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of about 4-5 direct and indirect reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with property & casualty, life & annuities, commercial insurance, group & retirement, and/or specialty insurance.
  • Previous experience as a client partner for large accounts or in a sales or solutioning role.

Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers by working with existing account teams to understand trends and align capabilities.
  • Craft a sales plan, lead a pipeline of opportunities, and work with clients to build a problem statement for solutioning.
  • Supervise a team responsible for specific clients or groups of clients.
  • Assemble and lead pursuit teams to help clients solve their problem statements.
  • Be accountable for the story, structure of the deal, and pricing.
  • Establish relationships with clients focusing on growth within their organizations.
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and generate thought leadership to support clients' market anticipation.
  • Collaborate across Cognizant to assemble skills to respond to client needs.
