You Are: Industry Delivery Lead - Industrial who is responsible for delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience managing large scale Tech/related Programs and Projects
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Industrial Industry or with similar clients
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Delivery Excellence strategy across Ways of Working, Coaching, Tools, and Training
• Lead Product–Platform Operating Model rollout and adoption across product and platform domains
• Coach leaders and teams on Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), metrics, and delivery governance
• Standardize Definition of Ready/Done, ceremonies, and backlog-to-release workflow
• Drive program execution: planning, delivery tracking, risk/issue/dependency management, and reporting
• Optimize Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow usage, workflows, dashboards, and delivery transparency
