Leads Business Development efforts in developing new business and retaining existing business in both O&G and non O&G markets of mining, geothermal and water transfer to increase Levare visibility and continuously gain market share. Job Functions/Duties (may be assigned other duties by management) · Responsible for developing new business with customers, with a focus on technology and applications. · Responsible for establishing relationships with potential channel partners where applicable · Once business is developed with new customers work to ensure customer satisfaction · Ensure all business development that turns into revenue is able to be billed and collected according to established procedures · Integral member of team responsible to assess and develop Levare strategic direction in US market in industrials and HPS in the West Coast to adapt account plans based on agreed upon strategy. · Participate in the implementation of Levare Strategic plans for the U.S. through various activities as required by the plan. These might include but are not limited to New Product Development roadmaps, BD activities, engagement with strategic partners, M&A activity. · Integral member of team that shapes Levare technology development based on the market and Levare strategic direction in the U.S. and internationally · Personally observe safety and security procedures and proper use of equipment and material. Actively promote safety process and report any safety issues to proper channels for action. · Support Company EEO policies and take action to provide a workplace free from harassment or discrimination.
