About The Position

The Arcadis Industrial Water Treatment and Optimization (IWTO) team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the growth and development of the industrial water/wastewater projects through their application of knowledge and expertise in the field of process engineering, client services, and project management. This is an action‑oriented position requiring the selected individual to drive market growth, support development of existing talent, and delivering high quality solutions. This role sits within the Global Resilience Business Area. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering field.
  • Planning and oversight of execution of treatability tests to demonstrate proof of concept.
  • Interpretation of treatability testing results for full-scale system design.
  • 15+ years’ experience in consulting engineering and project management.
  • PE registration in one or more states preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in engineering.
  • 18+ years of experience.
  • Fluent in another language other than English.
  • Knowledgeable of Wastewater Treatment Software.
  • Knowledgeable of AutoCAD/BIM software.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of industrial water/wastewater consulting, design, and design-build projects.
  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching to project team members.
  • Make decisions guided by organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Demonstrate expert critical thinking, accountability, collaboration, communication, self-discipline, self‑development, conflict resolution, and adaptability/flexibility skills.
  • Work in and contribute to business development, technology and project delivery, and operations management.
  • Lead and create sustainable project delivery capabilities including recruiting and hiring of staff to accommodate the growth of the business.
  • Develop personal relationships with strategic client’s key personnel.
  • Be recognized as a key leader in client organizations.
