Role description: Arcadis is seeking an Industrial Water Growth Lead to join our West Coast Design and Engineering team as a “seller/doer”. This technical position will be key to our growth in the US, with a focus on the west coast, undertaking conceptual and detailed process design for industrial water treatment and sustainability projects in a variety of industries including Technology, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Life Science, Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical, Pulp & Paper. The Industrial Water Regional Growth Lead will be a key member of Arcadis' national practice and will lead and direct the development of industrial water/wastewater projects in California and throughout the western United States, across multiple sectors and for numerous Arcadis clients. Role accountabilities: In this role, you will lead Client Management / Development along with serving as a technical expert during the execution of projects. This is a client‑facing role with an expectation to collaborate with various Arcadis locations to support projects and client development nationally as well as globally. This opportunity is ideally suitable for someone who comes from a consulting engineering background within the Water Sector, with a focus on Industrial Water/Wastewater Treatment.
