Requirements

• Willingness to work extended or flexible hours as required to meet production demands
• Strong mechanical background
• Basic equipment knowledge
• Maintenance skills
• Ability to work in stressful situations
• Must be willing to work in various locations within and outside the facility
• Knowledge of hydraulics
• Knowledge of pneumatics
• Knowledge of basic plumbing
• Knowledge of industrial electricity
• MUST be computer proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer integrated equipment.
• MUST demonstrate mechanical ability, strong math skills, English reading and writing skills and disciplined precision in recording sampling and process data.
• MUST have a current, valid Driver’s License.
• MUST be able to lift and carry 30 pound bags.
• MUST be able to properly handle chemicals per MSDS sheets.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Understanding of related state and federal regulations
• Experience treating oily and metals waste water from casting and metals washing processes
• Experience in industrial waste water pretreatment facilities as lead operator or significant relevant experience is required
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical chemical analysis and lab test results
• Ability to perform chemical calculations to processes
• Kamtek Forklift Certification Required
• Experience as an Industrial Waste Water Operator.
• 4 years

Nice To Haves

• Experience with plant start up is preferred
• Computers, Experience with basic Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
