About The Position
The Industrial Technology teacher is responsible for organizing a comprehensive program that includes classroom instruction, laboratory instruction, and supervision of woodworking and industrial technology projects.
Requirements
- Applicant must hold or be eligible for a Wyoming Teaching Certificate.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years' work experience for EACH field of occupational specialty for which the applicant is seeking a PIC.
- Work experience must be as a wage earner, and in addition to any educational training, the applicant has obtained in his/her occupational specialty field.
- Verification of Employment Forms for the field of occupational specialty in which the applicant seeks a PIC must be filled out completely and accurately and submitted as part of the complete application packet.
- Plan for Continued Professional Advancement.
Nice To Haves
- Trade & Industrial (Woodworking) or Industrial Arts 6-12, is preferred, OR be eligible to receive a Professional, Industry, and Careers (PIC) Permit (T02 or T13).
