About The Position
Franklin Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Industrial Technology Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching industrial technology classes to students in grades 8-12, as well as guiding and mentoring students in the Skills USA program.
Responsibilities
- Teaching courses in woodworking, metals, welding, drafting, construction, and emerging technologies.
- Incorporating safety, soft skills, and career readiness into daily instruction.
- Sponsoring and coaching SkillsUSA.
- Maintaining and managing a well-equipped shop.
