About The Position
We are looking for Team Members who will be part of our growing Ohana! An Industrial Technician will perform maintenance and repairs as scheduled or required to attain maximum productivity and functionality in plant operations. The employee in this role must have strong communication, observational, and operational skills with an unbending focus on safety. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following:
Requirements
- Ability to effectively complete mechanical or electrical tasks in an industrial environment.
- Must exhibit self-initiative, accountability, flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Responsibly follow all procedures & policies regarding repairs & maintenance.
- Responsible to complete assigned tasks and projects in a highly effective, efficient, and safe manner.
- Supports high performance in a professional healthcare & hospitality laundry environment through cleanliness and infection prevention.
- Works in conjunction with operations to keep equipment operating at a high level of efficiency.
- Ability to trouble shoot any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Industrial equipment repair and/or maintenance
- Construction type tasks (painting, patching holes, etc.)
