About The Position
ConServ Building Services was founded in 1991, as the service division of BCH Mechanical. We began dispatching HVAC techs in the Tampa Bay, FL area and in just a short time, ConServ’s reputation for customer service and technical expertise began to grow in GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, MS and AL. We are the number one choice for regional clients with multiple accounts, convenience stores, and those who prefer remote monitoring and control. What you will be doing: Performs highly responsible independent work under general supervision in the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment at an advanced level, illustrating technical proficiency in each area.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with centrifugal, screw, reciprocating and scroll chillers and associated mechanical equipment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC controls
Nice To Haves
- Preferred 15 years of experience in Commercial HVACR
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Responsibilities
- Chiller operation, repair, and maintenance
- Cooling tower operation, repair, and maintenance
- VFR knowledge of operation and start up.
- Air handler operation, repair, and maintenance
- Heating and ventilation operation, repair, and maintenance
- Pump operation, repair, and maintenance
- Variable frequency drive operation, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintenance HVAC equipment such as RTU and Split Systems
