Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or Business.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in industrial systems, manufacturing systems, or quality systems within an automotive or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience working across the full product lifecycle, from concept through manufacturing and industrialization.
  • SAP expertise is required; ability to translate complex SAP processes into user‑friendly industrial applications is critical.
  • Solid understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, and operational KPIs.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Structured, continuous‑improvement mindset with a Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act (PDCA) approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English is sufficient.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience in fuel systems manufacturing or closely related automotive manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing industrial systems and drive the creation of new systems as needed to support business objectives.
  • Drive practical, common‑sense system administration, continuous improvement, and deployment of new technologies in close collaboration with Operations.
  • Lead training and deployment of industrial systems across plants and teams.
  • Define and deploy the Industrial Roadmap, including launch readiness and trial management systems.
  • Lead convergence of workload files, single lists, and industrial reporting systems.
  • Own and deploy KPI dashboards and reporting tools, including IRR and ERR systems based on PowerBI.
  • Act as technical owner for system interfaces including front‑end to Apollo and IAF system maintenance.
  • Provide active operational support by spending approximately 50% of time in plants, proposing and following up on technical improvements (KGP).
  • Build, lead, and develop the industrial systems team to meet current and future business needs.
  • Facilitate best‑practice sharing across plants and support sustainability and carbon-neutrality initiatives
