About The Position
Thales is looking for an Industrial Support Engineer to cover worldwide repair and production activities. This role involves providing technical support of APRU for product investigations during complex repairs or customer expertizes, as well as technical support of APRU for integration, test, and product release for production of spares. The engineer will analyze and treat product or process technical events (JIRA) issued by worldwide repair centers and escalate to RPS or DA (Design Authority) with information to PSE for analysis of customer impact for the in-service phase. Additionally, the position requires following up on in-service industrial maturity (Repair FPY, Number of technical events issued by APRU, In-service removal rate) and proposing improvement actions throughout the product lifecycle to achieve APRU performance objectives (Quality, Cost, Leadtime) through the evolution of repair standards (Flow or work standards).
