About The Position

This position is perfect for someone with ironworking experience — especially if you’ve worked with rigging, cranes, and hand signals. You’ll be assembling large-scale steel plenums for industrial data centers. No welding is required. This role also offers the potential to grow into a Team Lead position.

Set weekly hours, with overtime potential. This isn't a contract, part-time or temporary position where you'll be laid off after the work is done. We have plenty of work and are looking for dedicated people to join and stay with our team.

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Skilled with power tools, grinders, and nail guns
• Able to read tape measures accurately (to 1/16")
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana).

Nice To Haves

• Experienced with rigging, hand signals, and crane operations
• Familiar with basic part prints and computer use

Responsibilities

• Assembling plenums and prepping metal for fabrication or shipping
• Operating saws, drills, and other power tools
• Grinding and cleaning metal surfaces
• Reading tape measures and marking steel for cuts and drills
• Loading, stacking, and moving steel and tools
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
