About The Position
The Industrial Specialist (General) position involves reviewing contracts to identify technical requirements and developing necessary tasks for surveillance plans. The role requires identifying the frequency and intensity of production surveillance required for assigned contracts, assessing correction validity and proposed labor/material costs, and ensuring contractors' understanding of compliance with Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements. Additionally, the position includes conducting formal and informal Pre-Award Surveys and capability reviews of potential contractors.
