What You'll Do Operate and maintain a variety of industrial sewing machines, including: Single and double-stage bar tack machines Button-over and liquid machines Bleached stitch machines Steam irons, scissors, and related tools Perform alterations, repairs, and finishing tasks to meet production standards. Inspect and ensure product quality to meet company and customer requirements. Lead, train, and support team members, providing hands-on instruction in sewing techniques and daily operations. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics to meet daily and weekly goals. What You'll Bring 3+ years of industrial sewing experience using single needle, overlock, blind stitch, and vortex machines. Proven success in a high-volume production environment. Strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent 40-hour work week. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with proprietary industrial sewing equipment.
