About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay ranges from $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience (DOE). This position involves sewing straps onto industrial bags and other safety equipment with precision and consistency.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to use hands repetitively for sewing and handling materials
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew straps onto industrial bags and safety equipment
• Measure, align, and position materials according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
