Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines (sergers, single & multi-needle)
- Sew and assemble mattress covers, panels, quilting, and binding
- Follow work orders, patterns, and production guidelines
- Inspect fabrics, thread, zippers, and finished products for quality
- Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, needle changes)
