About The Position
This position requires prior industrial or professional sewing experience. POLYWOOD® is looking for an experienced Industrial Sewer who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys hands-on, detail-focused work. This role is ideal for someone with professional sewing experience who thrives in a production environment and wants to contribute to high-quality patio cushions built to last. You’ll play a key role in bringing comfort and durability to our outdoor furniture while working within a supportive team that values precision, consistency, and quality.
Requirements
- Prior industrial or professional sewing experience (required)
- Experience sewing cushion materials, upholstery, or similar products preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment
- Reliable attendance throughout peak season
- Positive attitude and team focused mindset
