About The Position

We are a large growing packaging company working in the cosmetic industry. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth.

Requirements

Local Stable work-history.
High School Diploma or similar technical training is a plus.
6+ months as a Mechanic experience in Cosmetic Manufacturing in packaging and production is preferred.
Knowledge in OSHA, SOP, GMP, among other guidelines and regulations are required.

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge operating pallet jack, forklift and electric pallet jack is a plus.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Set-Up Mechanic Supervisor.
Working with senior management and set-up mechanic team member’s.
Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
Among: pulling, twisting, pushing, bending, and walking for long periods of time.
Repair, build, and maintain equipment on budget and efficient manner.
Manage schedule production time, and complete preventative maintenance on all equipment to their specifications (troubleshoot, set up, and repairs on new and existing equipment).
Other duties as assigned.
