About The Position

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and manufacturing overhead lifting chain slings, hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies, and custom wire cable assemblies
• Cutting chain, cable, and threaded rod
• Using calibrated equipment to measure specific jobs (micrometer, caliper, tape measure, etc)
• Using saws, chain cutters, and crimpers to complete specific jobs
• Packaging light manufacturing jobs for shipment to branch locations
• Following all International Standardization Organization (ISO) quality procedures
• Communicating with Fastenal branches and vendors
