Main Responsibilities : Lead the procurement of industrial services (maintenance, works, civil engineering, boiler-making) in alignment with operational and financial objectives. Structure and challenge requirements in collaboration with technical teams to optimize solutions and costs. Manage procurement related to maintenance, repairs, and regulatory inspections of fixed and mobile equipment. Conduct tenders, analyze technical and financial proposals, and lead supplier negotiations. Establish and monitor contracts (framework agreements, performance-based contracts) and ensure proper execution. Develop and manage a reliable and high-performing supplier panel. Act as a business partner to operational sites and provide support in critical situations. Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure regular on-site presence. Required Skills : Strong ability to understand and challenge technical requirements. Solid experience in services procurement (tendering, negotiation, contracting). Ability to analyze both technical and financial offers. Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset. Good understanding of industrial constraints (maintenance, safety, urgency). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Education & Experience : Engineering degree (Mechanical, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment or technical procurement. Experience in managing industrial services procurement is a plus. Candidates with a strong technical background willing to transition into procurement will be considered, provided they demonstrate capabilities in negotiation and contract management.
