This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Requirements

  • 2 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, or 0 years of experience with a master's degree; 4 years of additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Must have US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
  • Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products experience.
  • Detail-oriented with meticulous record-keeping skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
  • Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) experience.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs).
  • Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5200 manuals.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Organized and efficient at time management.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the responsibilities of the Top-Secret Control Officer (TSCO) for DoD and Special Access Programs.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable security regulations.
  • Supervise the Top Secret control program.
  • Receive, transmit, and maintain current access and accountability records for Top Secret information.
  • Account for Top Secret documents and material by a continuous chain of receipts.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of Top-Secret documents, audited at least annually.
  • Ensure destruction of Top-Secret material is appropriately processed and documentation accurately maintained.
  • Develop procedures for the accountability and control of all accountable classified material.
  • Support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
  • Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures.
