Who We're Looking For: Experienced: Brings 1-3 years of sewing experience, ideally in a manufacturing or textile setting (awnings, alterations, upholstery, automotive upholstery, embroidery) is preferred; comfortable with industrial sewing machines and minor adjustments; holds a high school diploma or GED. Detail-oriented: Maintains accuracy in stitching and finishes, delivering consistently high product quality. Reliable & Focused: Shows up on time, follows procedures, stays on task throughout the day, and meets productivity goals with steady, precise work. Mechanically Inclined: Uses tools comfortably, adjusts sewing machines as needed, and performs basic maintenance. Driven & Steady: Stays productive without supervision, maintains composure under pressure, and delivers consistent results—even on a deadline. Team-oriented: Communicates, contributes positively to team goals, and supports a collaborative environment. Organized & Tidy: Keeps a clean, orderly workstation and manages materials for smooth operations. Adaptable & Safety-Minded: Learns new skills quickly, shifts between tasks as needed, and consistently follows safety and quality procedures. Must have reliable transportation

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing sewing experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic sewing skills

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble high-quality finished products.
  • Prepare & organize fabrics, thread, and materials for daily production.
  • Inspect seams and final products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols, quality procedures, and product specifications.
  • Perform basic sewing machine maintenance, such as oiling and needle changes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Meet production goals by working efficiently and consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
