About The Position

As an Industrial Sanitation & Facilities Custodian, you uphold cleanliness and sanitation throughout our manufacturing spaces. From restrooms and break rooms to production floors and facility grounds, you help keep the environment clean, orderly, and safe. A day in the life You start by checking the floor sweeper and scrubber, making sure everything is ready. You make rounds to clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas, empty trash, and keep common spaces spotless. Mid-shift, you operate the cardboard compactor, clear debris, polish interior glass and walls, and head outside to tidy the yard and walkways. When needed, you perform light maintenance on the power sweeper so it’s ready for the next pass.

Requirements

• Read and write in English.
• Willing and able to work overtime as business needs arise, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support production demands.
• Consistent, reliable, in-person attendance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and shared common areas.
• Maintain outdoor grounds and the facility yard to a neat standard.
• Empty waste receptacles and move trash to designated disposal points.
• Wash interior surfaces such as windows, mirrors, and walls.
• Perform basic maintenance on power sweeper equipment.
• Operate floor sweeper and scrubber machines, the cardboard compactor, and other cleaning tools as needed.
