We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating long term and successful C Level client partnerships and who thrives in a consultative sales culture. A track record of consultative and conceptual selling would be a great asset together with a background in HR, OD and training processes.

  • Identify new business opportunities in target markets (e.g., partnerships, verticals, geographies).
  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (networking, referrals, inbound/outbound efforts).
  • Maintain and advance a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs to co-create solutions and ensure long-term value.
  • Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and pricing models.
  • Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and delivery teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client challenges.
  • Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, delivery, and leadership to align messaging, capabilities, and execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
  • 7+ years business development or account management experience including prospecting and strategic approach to a territory/client base.
  • Experienced in the delivery of Craft Skills and Technical training services.
  • A valid Passport and/or Real ID.
  • Technical experience in Craft Skills/Engineering/Planned Maintenance & training.
  • Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
  • Ability to think strategically in viewing sales issues and opportunities.
  • Outstanding listening and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Outstanding oral communication skills and an ability to write impactful proposals.
  • Evidence of strong success in a non-work field.
