About The Position

As an Industrial Robotics, Programmer with John Deere Waterloo Works, located in Waterloo, IA you will assist in the innovation/development, integration and support of current and future automated manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of robot programming (preferably FANUC)
• Knowledge of industrial machine vision systems (2D and/or 3D)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office programs
• Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2D and 3D vision system experience
• Experience programming Allen Bradley HMI’s/PLC’s (RSLogix)
• Controls engineering (electrical and pneumatic)
• Experience performing and analyzing FMEA’s

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the following software programs: FANUC TPP, Roboguide
• Support day to day operations & Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers, supervisors and wage personnel
