What you’ll tackle Execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment—documenting tasks, time, notifications, work orders, and corrective actions in our computer systems. Diagnose and repair A/C and D/C drives and motors, PLC-based controls, and 480V three-phase electrical systems. Apply your knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems to troubleshoot faults, inspect components, and prevent failures. Perform safe repairs at height and in challenging conditions using hand, power, and precision tools; uphold housekeeping standards and tool care. Mentor peers, collaborate on complex jobs, and participate in scheduled equipment training. Support building maintenance as needed and model our Safety Culture in all tasks. Hands-on experience with industrial electrical repairs, including A/C–D/C drives and motors, PLCs, and 480V three-phase power. Working knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy industry. Ability to read technical documents/manuals and write clear job instructions. Demonstrated root-cause approach, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and procedures. Willingness to cross-train across disciplines. Physical and schedule expectations Lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders and steps; work outdoors in all weather. Work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, some holidays, and overtime. Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
