  • Conduct sales calls to assigned accounts as well as prospective customers to explain the products and services that our company offers.
  • Actively pursue and establish relationships with industrial refrigeration channel partners resulting in broader exposure to project opportunities that lead to specific revenue growth targets.
  • Manage and provide support to contracted Industrial Manufacturers Representative groups, within the specific region.
  • Qualify account needs while identifying key mobilizers within a retailer's organization.
  • Create and close sales.
  • Establish a commitment to forecasting business revenue on a month, quarter and annual basis.
  • Build an annual strategic sales plan for the specific region.
  • Handle price objections, negotiations, preparation of bids and aftermarket support to strengthen the relationship.
  • Model a collaborative atmosphere with our customer base that seeks to solve complex problems.
  • Record, update, and analyze account information to identify sales strategies and objectives.
  • Gather information on emerging trends within our industry from various sources.
  • Process requests for literature and vendor product information.
  • Visit customers on a regular basis; minimum expected cycle is 4-6 weeks or sooner if required.
  • Facilitate training and interact with key individuals within the Hillphoenix organization to support channel development and incremental revenue growth.
  • Leverage existing relationships that may yield Industrial opportunities.
  • Utilize field sales support- Field Sales & Industrial Refrigerating Application Specialist.
  • Must have 3+ years' experience in technical sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years Industrial Refrigeration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience and working understanding of Transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems.
