Industrial Receiving Coordinator

As an Industrial Receiving Coordinator with Tradebe, this candidate will facilitate logistics by ensuring accurate documentation, team communication, inventory oversight, and issue resolution for the Technical Services team. This position will report directly to the Technical Services Operations manager at the site in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities

• Upload shipping documents and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Update sales orders promptly after drum pickups to stay aligned with Customer Service.
• Complete initial receiving tasks in the system to ensure smooth processing.
• Assist with moving containers from incoming to outgoing during transfer operations.
• Check and track container counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help manage drum inventory to keep stock levels where they need to be.
• Work with Operations and Customer Service to quickly resolve any issues.
• Support service center efficiency by helping with inspections and detailed reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience entering large amounts of data
• Ability to work independently with little to minimal supervision
• Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
• Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP's, and training modules, are required. DOT knowledge
• SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Inventory management preferred.
