About The Position

Join a Team That Builds Mission‑Critical Equipment Bring your hands-on assembly experience to our Williams Assembly team in Ivyland, PA (Milton Roy — 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974). In this onsite role, you’ll assemble, inspect, and package high-integrity products that power industrial productivity worldwide. Key Details Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Work Arrangement: Onsite; no travel required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year in mechanical assembly or a similar fast-paced setting
  • Physical & Workplace Competencies Lifting: up to 35 lbs (use hoist over 40 lbs)
  • Standing: up to 3 hours continuously
  • Stooping: to retrieve parts from pallets
  • Manual dexterity: hand tools, screws, gauges, and control buttons
  • Clear verbal communication with peers and leadership

  • Computer basics including SSO; familiarity with JD Edwards and Microsoft Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components from current work instructions, BOMs, and drawings.
  • Operate hand, pneumatic, and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, presses); perform tube bending and soldering as needed; use cranes/hoists for larger builds.
  • Collaborate to meet or surpass daily and monthly production targets.
  • Track parts and materials; request replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Perform in-process and final inspections to ISO standards; troubleshoot and test while maintaining a maximum 30,000 PSI test limit.
  • Document issues, recommend adjustments or repairs, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Complete training to enhance maintenance skills and product knowledge; attend monthly EHS sessions.
  • Follow PPE and safety rules; uphold 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain); maintain an orderly workspace.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs individually; coordinate team lifts up to 70 lbs.
  • Adhere to workplace policies, including punctuality for start, lunch, and breaks.
