About The Position
The Property Manager (PM) assumes responsibility for coordinating all aspects of property management operations and financial reporting for a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring they align with company policies, procedures, and standards. The focus of this role is on providing excellent client and tenant service. The Property Manager should possess knowledge and skills in property management, with an emphasis on maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants. This Industrial PM position is based on-site. Local market requirements may vary.
