The Property Associate (PA) is an Administrative Support role within a property management team. The role involves providing direct administrative support to Managers and handling various administrative tasks related to property management operations. The Industrial Property Associate role is based on-site. Local market requirements may vary. Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Estimated hourly rate for this position: Compensation: $32.69 - $34.62 per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. What You'll Be Doing Providing an experiential approach which guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business Support the exponential growth of our business by providing people integration and synergy Develop our people for bigger and better roles Supporting ambitions beyond the workplace Applying new technology and data to drive change Supporting your team to deliver best in class service As a Property Administrator at JLL, you will apply your commercial property management admin experience to support our industrial property management team by interacting with tenants, assisting with budgets and financial reports, reconciling A/R accounts and coding invoices, tracking certificates of insurance. Most importantly, you’ll want to contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team. What We're Looking For A high school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. (2+) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is preferred.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, certificate of insurance compliance and tracking, contract management, tenant interaction, Yardi, accounts payable preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • (2+) years of experience supporting a commercial property management team is preferred.
