Overview Coordinate industrial projects and cross-functional activities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment Structure and manage project data into clear, controlled formats to support leadership decision-making Translate complex technical and industrial information into concise, executive-ready summaries and actionable project plans Support the team in clearly articulating project goals, milestones, risks, and key decisions—both internally and to senior leadership Drive project management discipline through structured planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting Partner with industrial engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in project management or project coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong ability to organize and structure complex information into clear, actionable formats
  • Technical fluency in manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and industrial project execution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical content for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
