Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Strong experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects in a plant environment
- Experience leading engineering teams or overseeing a production unit/area in manufacturing
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment
- Strong analytical abilities and structured problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a complex industrial setting
- English required; additional languages are a plus
Nice To Haves
- Experience with automation, production lines, or paint processes is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial engineering projects from concept through implementation
- Coordinate engineering activities across production, maintenance, automation, and technical teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost reduction
- Oversee design, installation, optimization, and commissioning of industrial equipment and systems
- Support production units/areas with engineering expertise to improve operational performance
- Analyze technical KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvement action plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within engineering projects
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and corporate engineering teams
- Lead problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for technical and process issues
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to engineering and technical staff
