Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
  • Strong experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects in a plant environment
  • Experience leading engineering teams or overseeing a production unit/area in manufacturing
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and cross‑functional environment
  • Strong analytical abilities and structured problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a complex industrial setting
  • English required; additional languages are a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation, production lines, or paint processes is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage industrial engineering projects from concept through implementation
  • Coordinate engineering activities across production, maintenance, automation, and technical teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, safety, quality, and cost reduction
  • Oversee design, installation, optimization, and commissioning of industrial equipment and systems
  • Support production units/areas with engineering expertise to improve operational performance
  • Analyze technical KPIs, identify gaps, and propose improvement action plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards within engineering projects
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and corporate engineering teams
  • Lead problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for technical and process issues
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to engineering and technical staff
