Michelin has an immediate opening for an Industrial Progress Engineer (Entry/Experienced) NWD. This position works normal business hours, Monday-Friday. This role is uniquely crafted to support and accelerate the success of progress initiatives in your area by using Michelin Manufacturing Way tools, methods, and approach. You will make operational teams autonomous in the long term regarding managing their progress by ensuring their acceptance of change. Responsibilities

• Implement progress initiatives to improve your entity's performance.
• Ensure IE Basics are in place and maintained: Update activity/time records and maintain activity follow-up tools.
• Perform necessary headcount/machine calculations and ensure capacities are under control.
• Contribute to the progress network by sharing standard methodologies.
• Manage change effectively: ensure key change players are on board and committed to implementing progress initiatives.
• Develop operational teams' long-term autonomy to manage their progress initiatives.
