Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, serger, etc.)
- Assemble and sew products according to specifications and production standards
- Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Meet daily and weekly production goals
- Report equipment issues or defects to supervisors
- Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures
