About The Position

Drive safe, high-quality production Help a skilled team deliver consistent results by pairing strong leadership with disciplined process control. If you love improving systems and coaching people, this role is for you. Schedule: Rotating Shift - 7a-7p every 5 weeks What you will do Lead, mentor, and evaluate shift employees; reinforce a mindset of continuous improvement and accountability. Own safety: conduct compliance audits, complete incident reports, and investigate near misses to prevent recurrence. Ensure quality standards are achieved and documented procedures are followed at all times. Train team members on company procedures emphasizing safety, quality, and production goals. Coordinate with HR on payroll processing, staffing, and personnel or labor issues; align with peer supervisors on key updates during shift handover. Manage shift performance to hit production targets and reduce scrap rates. Diagnose and resolve process, equipment, and material issues in partnership with support personnel. Requirements

  • 5+ years of production supervision experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and readiness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Analytical, resourceful approach to quickly resolving challenges
  • Strong collaborator who builds effective relationships across hourly teams, peers, and leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking to employee groups, customers, and suppliers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Industrial Management) but not required.
