To succeed, you should be able to: Motivate and train an unskilled workforce in labor-intensive settings Hit production metrics and customer requirements through teamwork and transparency Bring mechanical aptitude—bonus points if you've worked on cars, machinery, or don't mind turning a wrench Collaborate with maintenance teams and understand the equipment on the floor This is a role for someone who leads from the front.
