Mader Bearing Supply, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position is an immediate opening and is ideal for someone who possesses high computer proficiency, excellent typing skills, and outstanding customer service and communication abilities. The role requires the ability to retain large amounts of information and multi-task effectively while maintaining an organized workspace. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing a stable work schedule without night shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and providing information about our industrial parts. While previous experience in industrial parts is a plus, it is not a requirement, as we are willing to train the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong deductive reasoning skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
