About The Position

We are currently hiring for Industrial Painters in Richmond, VA. The ideal Industrial Painter candidate has at least 2 years of experience painting in an industrial and/or commercial setting and is comfortable with local travel. Pay begins at $24+ dollars (scale work)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience painting in an industrial and/or commercial setting
• Able to travel locally as needed
• Your own reliable transportation
• PPE
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

• Sandblasting experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare surfaces for blasting and painting
• Remove contaminants and properly mask areas not being treated
• Operate sandblasting equipment with the appropriate blasting media
• Apply industrial coatings using sprayers, brushes, and rollers
• Maintain equipment to ensure effective performance and quality results
• Ensure proper coating thickness, finish consistency, and coverage
• Inspect completed work for quality and perform touch-ups as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use required PPE
