About The Position
Teamwork Coatings Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Syracuse, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting various industrial equipment and surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications closely. In this position, you will apply paint coatings to industrial equipment and surfaces, preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. You will operate and maintain painting equipment such as spray guns and brushes, and monitor paint supplies, coordinating with the procurement team for replenishment. Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the painting area is essential to ensure a safe working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their workmanship and are capable of working in an industrial manufacturing setting that may experience temperature swings. The company values punctuality, teamwork, and the ability to follow rudimentary work procedures. Candidates should be medically fit and able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
