About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and equipment. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a range of industrial products, specifically refurbishing frac tanks. The Industrial Painter will work in a warehouse environment and must be able to collaborate effectively with other team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in industrial painting techniques, including airless paint spraying.
• Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience with machining or auto body repair is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating cranes and forklifts safely in an industrial setting.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment, demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience in welding is advantageous but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial painting experience of 3 years (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers as necessary.
• Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or touch-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint materials accurately.
• Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including loading and unloading materials.
